I truly cannot say enough good things about Summer. I have been seeing her for over two years now for chronic back pain, and she is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to. Before finding her, I had probably seen over 20 different massage therapists over the years, and not a single one has done even half as good of a job as she does. What makes Summer different is that she actually listens to what is bothering you and pays attention to what your body needs. She doesn’t just go through the motions or give you the same massage every time. She takes the time to find where the pain and tension are actually coming from and works on the areas that need it most. There have been so many times I have gone in hurting and left feeling like a completely different person. With chronic back pain, it can be really difficult to find someone who understands how to work on problem areas without either doing too little or making things worse. Summer somehow always knows exactly what needs to be worked on and how much pressure to use. After seeing her consistently for more than two years, I trust her completely. She is also just such a kind, personable, and genuinely caring person. I always feel comfortable with her, and she makes every appointment a great experience. You can tell that she really cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I have tried so many massage therapists, including plenty who were highly recommended, and I have never found anyone who compares to Summer. At this point, I honestly don’t want anyone else working on my back because I know I will just end up comparing them to her. She has set the bar incredibly high. If you are looking for someone who is talented, knowledgeable, consistent, and actually listens to you, I cannot recommend Summer enough. Especially if you deal with chronic pain, muscle tension, or stubborn problem areas, she is absolutely worth seeing. I rarely leave reviews, but after this experience I had to.

I booked a 90-minute massage at SoulShine Studio with Summer, and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the environment was incredibly calm, clean, welcoming, and almost felt like being at home. The atmosphere immediately put me at ease and created the perfect setting to relax.

The massage itself was exceptional. Summer’s hand techniques were flawless and felt perfectly tailored to what my body needed. I’ve had massages before, but this was on a completely different level. I actually fell asleep during part of the session, and when I woke up, I felt like I was in a vacation or cruise-like state of mind—completely relaxed, stress-free, and disconnected from the worries of everyday life.

At one point, I felt like I was floating and sinking at the same time. That’s how deeply relaxed I was. By the end of the massage, it felt like every ounce of stress had been washed away. I’ve never experienced that level of relaxation before.

Summer is clearly passionate about what she does, and it shows in every part of the experience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to create such a peaceful environment made this one of the most memorable wellness experiences I’ve ever had.
