This session is designed to give you a customized experience and uses a combination of techniques and tools in order to get down to the roots of your deep tension and pain. Depending on what the body is showing me, I may choose to incorporate techniques such as deep tissue, sports therapy, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, stretching, and pin and stretch. I may also use specific tools for targeted relief such as facia blasters, heated muscle scrapers, gua sha (scrapping), tok-sen, cupping, or a massage gun.
