Service Description
Therapeutic massage is a personalized restorative treatment designed to address the root of physical tension and discomfort. Each session is shaped around the client’s unique patterns—tight muscles, restricted movement, stress-heavy areas—using precise pressure, specific tools, stretching, and corrective neuromuscular techniques.
Cancellation Policy
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for both your wellness journey and the time and energy I dedicate to each client, the following policy helps maintain balance and fairness for everyone. Cancellations or Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer your session time to another client in need of care. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled session and have not reached out, you will be charged the full service fee. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor the next client’s time. The full session fee will still apply. Emergencies & Compassion: I understand that life happens — illness, emergencies, and unforeseen events can arise. I approach these situations with understanding and fairness. If you are genuinely unwell, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss options. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to this policy.
